Because these candles are made in small batches, slight variations in color, fragrance, wax appearance, label placement, and finish may occur. These natural variations do not affect the candle’s intended use and are not considered defects.

Shipping and Damage Policy

Candles are fragile and may be affected by heat, cold, and carrier handling during shipment. Pink Fam Foundation carefully packages every candle; however, we cannot control a package after it has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Pink Fam Foundation is not responsible for delays, melting, cracking, breakage, loss, theft, or other damage caused by the shipping carrier, extreme temperatures, an incorrect address provided by the customer, or a package being left unattended after delivery.

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact Pink Fam Foundation within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Include:

• Your name and order number

• Photographs of the damaged candle

• Photographs of the shipping box

• Photographs of all interior packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label

Do not discard the candle, box, or packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Shipping carriers may require the recipient to retain or present these items when processing a damage claim. USPS specifically instructs customers to preserve damaged merchandise and its original packaging while a claim is pending. USPS claims guidance

Submitting photographs or a damage report does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Claims will be reviewed individually and handled according to the shipping service and insurance coverage purchased for the order. Reports received more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for assistance.

Pink Fam Foundation is not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered during checkout. Customers are responsible for confirming that their shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because these candles are fundraising products made in limited quantities, all sales are final unless the wrong item was shipped or the candle arrived damaged and the claim qualifies under our Shipping and Damage Policy.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal fragrance preference, minor handmade variations, or a customer’s sensitivity to fragrance.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been packaged or shipped.

Important Candle Safety Warning

WARNING: BURN WITHIN SIGHT. KEEP AWAY FROM FLAMMABLE OBJECTS. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.

By purchasing and using this candle, the customer acknowledges that candles contain an open flame and must be used responsibly. Failure to follow the candle’s warning label and care instructions may result in fire, burns, injury, smoke damage, or property damage.

For safe use:

• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use.

• Place the candle upright on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.

• Keep the candle at least 12 inches away from curtains, bedding, paper, decorations, and anything else that can burn.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Never burn a candle while sleeping or when leaving the room or home.

• Keep away from children and pets.

• Keep away from drafts, fans, vents, and open windows.

• Never touch or move the candle while it is burning or while the wax is liquid.

• Do not use water to extinguish the candle.

• Stop using the candle if the container becomes cracked, chipped, or damaged.

• Stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.

• Allow the candle and container to cool completely before touching or moving them.

• Follow all instructions appearing on the candle’s warning label.

The National Fire Protection Association recommends keeping candles at least 12 inches from anything that can burn, and the National Candle Association recommends trimming the wick to ¼ inch. NFPA candle safety, National Candle Association safety guidance

Fragrance and Sensitivity Notice

This is a fragranced product intended for home fragrance use only. It is not food and should not be eaten, applied to the skin, or used for any purpose other than its intended use.

Individuals may react differently to fragrances. Discontinue use immediately if the candle causes irritation, headache, breathing discomfort, or another adverse reaction. Customers with asthma, allergies, respiratory conditions, fragrance sensitivities, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using fragranced products.

Limitation Statement

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pink Fam Foundation is not responsible for injuries, fires, burns, property damage, allergic reactions, or other losses caused by misuse, unattended burning, failure to follow the warning label or care instructions, modification of the candle, or use of a cracked or damaged container.

Nothing in this policy excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
