Building for the future: Pink Fam Foundation designates 5% of unrestricted monetary donations to our Legacy Fund, which is invested to help support future scholarships, childhood cancer assistance, and other long-term charitable programs.

The Pink Fam Foundation Legacy Fund

At Pink Fam Foundation, we believe making an impact shouldn't stop with the needs we can see today. We also want to build something that will continue helping individuals and families for years to come.

That is why we created the Pink Fam Foundation Legacy Fund.

Beginning October 1, 2026, Pink Fam Foundation will designate 5% of unrestricted monetary donations received online and through in-person fundraising efforts to our Legacy Fund.

These funds will be set aside and invested with the goal of creating long-term financial resources that can help fund future charitable programs while allowing the remaining balance to continue growing.

What Will the Legacy Fund Support?

As the Legacy Fund grows, we plan to use it primarily in two areas that are incredibly important to our Foundation:

Trade School & Career Scholarships

We believe there are many paths to building a successful future, and a four-year college degree isn't the only one.

Our goal is to provide scholarships and educational assistance to individuals pursuing skilled trades and career programs such as:

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• HVAC

• Welding

• Automotive and diesel technology

• Construction trades

• Cosmetology and other licensed career programs

• Medical and technical certifications

• Other approved vocational and trade programs

Legacy Fund assistance may eventually help cover tuition, required tools, books, certifications, equipment, testing fees, and other qualifying educational expenses.

Our goal is simple: help people learn a skill, build a career, and create opportunities for themselves and their families.

Childhood Cancer Family Assistance

The Legacy Fund will also help Pink Fam Foundation build long-term resources for families facing childhood cancer.

A child's cancer diagnosis affects an entire family. Beyond medical treatment, families may suddenly face travel expenses, missed work, lodging costs, groceries, transportation, utility bills, childcare expenses, and countless unexpected financial burdens.

Through this program, our goal is to help qualifying families with needs such as:

• Treatment-related expenses

• Transportation and fuel

• Temporary lodging

• Groceries and household necessities

• Utility assistance

• Childcare

• Other qualifying expenses associated with a child's cancer diagnosis or treatment

Whenever practical, assistance will be paid directly to schools, medical providers, vendors, landlords, utility companies, or other service providers.

How the Legacy Fund Grows

Pink Fam Foundation has committed to allocating 5% of unrestricted monetary donations to the Legacy Fund.

For example:

A $100 unrestricted donation helps support the work Pink Fam is doing today while $5 is designated toward building our future Legacy Fund.

A $1,000 unrestricted donation means $50 is designated to the Legacy Fund.

The Foundation may also make additional contributions to the Legacy Fund, and donors may have opportunities to contribute specifically toward its long-term growth.

The money placed into the Legacy Fund is intended to be responsibly managed and invested so that it has the opportunity to grow over time.

Giving With the Future in Mind

Our Board of Directors will review the Legacy Fund each year.

Beginning in 2027, the Board may approve one distribution from the Legacy Fund per calendar year, based on available funds, program needs, and the long-term health of the Fund.

The Foundation is not required to withdraw money every year.

When a distribution is made, our policy allows the Board to approve an amount of up to 50% of the eligible Legacy Fund balance, while leaving the remaining funds invested for future growth.

Our intention is not to simply build an account and spend it down.

Our intention is to create something that can grow, give, rebuild, and continue giving.

A Legacy Bigger Than One Moment

Pink Fam Foundation was created to turn influence into impact.

The Legacy Fund takes that mission one step further.

It gives us an opportunity to take a small portion of what our community gives today and turn it into opportunities that may still be changing lives years from now.

One day, that could mean helping someone buy the tools they need to begin a career in welding.

It could mean helping an aspiring electrician, plumber, mechanic, HVAC technician, or healthcare professional afford their training.

It could mean paying for a hotel room so parents can stay near their child during cancer treatment.

It could mean helping a family keep their electricity on during one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

And as the Fund continues to grow, so can its impact.

We aren't only helping people today.

We're building something that can help people tomorrow, too.
