Pink Fam Foundation Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By entering the Pink Fam Foundation Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to follow and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Google, or any other social-media or third-party platform on which it may be promoted.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes period will be listed in the description of each sweepstakes. 
The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
  • Directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, or representatives of the Sponsor;
  • Individuals involved in the development, administration, promotion, or selection of the winner;
  • Immediate family members of an excluded individual, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren; and
  • Individuals living in the same household as an excluded individual, whether related or not.
The Sweepstakes is void outside of USA and Canada and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting:

Entrants must complete and submit the online entry form with all required information, including:

  • Valid email address;

  • Confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen years old;

There is a limit of one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Submitting multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, accounts, telephone numbers, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods may result in all entries associated with that person being disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate, late, misdirected, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. No Purchase or Donation Necessary
No purchase, payment, or charitable donation is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes.
Entrants will not receive additional entries, improved odds, special treatment, or any other Sweepstakes advantage by making a purchase or donation.
After submitting a free Sweepstakes entry, an entrant may be given the opportunity to make a completely optional donation to the Pink Fam Foundation. The donation process is separate from the Sweepstakes entry process.
Choosing not to donate will not affect the validity of an entry or the entrant’s chances of winning. Donating will not provide an additional entry or increase the entrant’s chances of winning.
6. Prize
One eligible winner.
The prize includes only the items specifically listed above. Any expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or redeemed for cash unless the Sponsor specifically states otherwise in writing.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
7. Winner Selection
On or around the beginning of each month, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted by a Director of Pink Fam Foundation or through a reputable random-selection process chosen by the Sponsor.
The potential winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. A person is not considered the official winner until the Sponsor has verified the person’s eligibility and notified the person that verification is complete.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Making a donation or purchase will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form within approximately 3 business days after the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days after the Sponsor’s first notification attempt.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, USA/Canada residency, and eligibility. The potential winner may also be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release, tax form, or other prize-acceptance documents allowed by law.
The Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, make a donation, purchase a product, provide a gift card, or send money in order to receive the prize.
10. Alternate Winner
A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing if the potential winner:
  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond within the required time;
  • Does not provide requested eligibility documentation;
  • Declines the prize;
  • Is found to be ineligible;
  • Has violated these Official Rules; or
  • Cannot accept the prize for any reason.
The Sponsor may continue selecting alternate potential winners until the prize is awarded or until the Sponsor reasonably determines that the prize cannot be awarded.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, reporting obligations, or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.
The Sponsor may require the winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.
Entrants should consult their own tax professional regarding the possible tax consequences of accepting the prize.
12. Privacy
Information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form will be used to:
  • Administer the Sweepstakes;
  • Verify eligibility;
  • Contact the potential winner;
  • Deliver the prize;
  • Prevent fraud or duplicate entries; and
  • Comply with applicable legal and reporting requirements.
Entry information will not automatically be added to marketing or fundraising mailing lists unless the entrant separately and affirmatively agrees to receive those communications.

13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and general prize information for reasonable promotional, fundraising, and informational purposes without additional payment or approval.
When possible, the Sponsor will obtain the winner’s written permission before publishing photographs, videos, interviews, or detailed personal information.
The winner may notify the Sponsor in writing of any legitimate privacy or safety concern regarding public identification.
14. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:
  • Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes;
  • Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Uses automated entry methods;
  • Interferes with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes;
  • Harasses the Sponsor, its representatives, or other entrants; or
  • Violates these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, natural disaster, platform failure, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness, security, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is canceled before the scheduled drawing, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation, when lawful and reasonably practical.
The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
15. Technical Problems
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
  • Internet, website, server, software, hardware, telephone, or email failures;
  • Entries that are not received because of technical or transmission problems;
  • Incorrect information caused by equipment, programming, or human error;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or
  • Email messages that are filtered as spam or otherwise not delivered.
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their email, voicemail, spam, and junk folders for possible winner notifications.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, prize providers, and promotional partners from claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes;
  • Technical or communication failures; or
  • Publicity authorized under these Official Rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of theUSA/Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal claim, the entrant and Sponsor agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice describing the dispute and allowing at least thirty days for a response.
Subject to applicable law, any legal action relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located inDallas, County.
Each party will be responsible for its own legal fees and expenses unless applicable law or a court order provides otherwise.
18. Winner Information
After the winner has been verified, the winner’s first name, last initial, and city may be posted on the Sponsor’s website or social-media pages.

19. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
20. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that they:
  • Have read and understood these Official Rules;
  • Meet all eligibility requirements;
  • Agree to comply with these Official Rules;
  • Understand that no purchase or donation is necessary;
  • Understand that donating will not increase their odds of winning; and
  • Agree that the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final, subject to applicable law.
